This workshop explores various lighting techniques and styles in photography, focusing on making lighting and photography more accessible. Participants will learn about equipment like flashes and continuous lights, practice photographing models on location at the Hazleton Art League, and develop skills in shooting etiquette. Beginners are welcome, as the workshop includes a review of DSLR basics. At the end, attendees will understand lighting options and equipment, enabling them to make informed decisions to advance their photography.

Young artists will explore the exciting world of mixed media by working with a variety of materials, including acrylics, watercolors, graphite, charcoal, pastels, and more. Your experience starts as we ignite all the senses to kindle your creative fire! Exploring the Native American origin and meaning of Dreamcatchers, you’ll honor its history while activating new dreams and intentions through short meditations. As this artual (art ritual) catches fire, you'll play with colors, layers and sacred geometry to create a 12" x 24" dreamcatcher painting that you'll fall in love with.
