Exhibition Statement
In this family affair husband and wife, Hushang and Barbara Tatar, share their artistic companionship through the beautiful art they create together. Each with their own style, the Tatars demonstrate their different, yet complementary perspectives through their paintings. Barbara’s classic style meets the dramatic flair of Hushang’s complex reverse paintings on glass, as they bring the creatures in their paintings to life with the stroke of a brush.
