Do you love to paint? Do you love the outdoors? Then you will really enjoy En Plein Air Painting Adventures. This is an artist-driven group with no formal instruction offered. The group meets at various locations around Hazleton to capture favorite places in paint, in two hours or less. Just bring your choice of medium. New to en plein air? No experience? You are welcome to join us. Please ask if you want some pointers to get started.

A BYOB paint & sip...like no other! Become your own Dreamcatcher as you paint with your free spirit—unleashing your intuitive creativity guided by heARTist and catalyst, Michelle Lee. Your experience starts as we ignite all the senses to kindle your creative fire! Exploring the Native American origin and meaning of Dreamcatchers, you’ll honor its history while activating new dreams and intentions through short meditations. As this artual (art ritual) catches fire, you’ll play with colors, layers and sacred geometry to create a 12” x 24” dreamcatcher painting that you’ll fall in love with.
Treat yourself to a day full of creative, joyful celebration! No art or painting experience is required. Must register by March 19 to take this workshop. (Adults 21+)

Students will be introduced to the basic tools, techniques, safety, and skills used in the creation of sawn or cut metal jewelry. This hands-on class encompasses simple design, sawing, drilling, filing, and finishing metal to make pendants, earrings, cuff bracelets or other small metal piece of your choice. Introductory course on making photography simple, accessible, and affordable. Focusing on portraiture but also going into landscapes, this course emphasizes making photography easy to grasp and understand. The first two classes will be lectures on equipment, gear, lighting, and technique. The other three classes will be spent shooting both landscapes and portraits. Students will walk away with exhibition-ready images. A camera is recommended but not required as the instructor has one to lend (Adults 18+)
