The Hazleton Art League’s En Plein Air group, organized by Jo Adang, presents the finest works produced during their excursions. En Plein Air refers to the Impressionist movement of painting landscapes and scenes outdoors, often on-site. These paintings are relatively fast, and capture the essence of the location, focusing on the light and colors playing with each other in the landscape.
